Why would you pay $180 for this at CT when it's $100 at nearly every other retailer? Even when it goes on "sale" for $130 you're still getting ripped off. Doesn't make any sense.

Résultats acceptables pour les petits couteaux mais très décevant pour les couteaux plus longs ( couteaux de cuisine par exemple). La partie qui retient le couteau n’est pas assez rigide et dès qu’une pression est exercée à une des extrémités d’un couteau plus long le couteau bouge et on perds l’angle qu’on avait au centre du couteau. Pour le prix il y a moyen de trouver mieux … surtout qu’il est indiqué sur la boite que cet appareil est approprié pour les couteaux de cuisine !
