Burner quickly destroyed by rust not replaceable

The burner which is quickly destroyed by rust and thus becomes hazardous is not replaceable. I could not find anywhere to order any spare parts. Such garbage such not be authorized to be sold to consumers in a modern country.

Good BBQ

Have this unit for almost 4yrs. I must say this is a good BBQ. Cooks evenly, Flames sometimes are sensitive if wind outside. But my biggest complaint about this unit it is the burner came off, it is totally loose. I have several times tried to fix but it am having a hard time. I will need to buy another one.

Be wary. Although the box it comes in and the write up above both state that it can be used with propane tanks, the user manual clearly states that it is intended for use only with non refillable cylinders or canisters. I have been waiting for over a week for clarification from Woods, but nothing so far

Won’t stay lit!

I bought this cute little BBQ and the first few times it was perfect but ever since it won’t stay lit. I’ve tried 3 little green propane tanks and bought a connector for the 8kg tanks and still won’t stay lit!! I’m returning this bad boy as soon as possible

Q: Please clarify. In the description, it states that this will work with propane tanks however in your answers you state that this is not made to be hooked up to a 20lb propane tank. Which is it? Either yes or no. Please advise

A: You can use a 20lbs to 1lbs Adapter and it will work no problem, that’s what I did with mine

A: The box for this product shows that you CAN use both types of cylinders, but I assume you still need to purchase the adapter hose.

Q: Will this BBQ work with a quick connect conversion kit to an RV quick connect outlet

A: If the quick disconnect is attached to an already regulated low pressure regulator, then the answer is no. There are u-tube videos on reworking different connections. If you do hook it up to your already regulated connection, you will have a regulator adjusting a regulator.
