Terrible product

It has to be programmed over and over again to work. It's a piece of junk. What's the point of having to program it. All the others we have owned over the years are plug and go. Do not buy this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The first one wouldn't pair with the receiver so I exchanged it for a second one. It would not pair either. Was forced to take a store credit instead of a refund because the packaging was not pristine. You can't get at the product without destroying the packaging. They got me this time but never again. Too many other places to shop that won't deceive you.

Q: why is this advertised as a timer? It is not a timer and nor is it programmable from the remote as it says. you can simply turn it on and off only from the remote or from the device itself.

Q: We changed the battery in the remote but the only way it will turn off /on is at the cord switch. Can you please let me know if there is something else we can try to get this working again?
