Worked great until the coupler broke

I have used this a few times and it worked great. Having read the negative reviews online and thinking that the breaks could be avoided, I've always been very careful to screw it on perfectly. However, despite my care, the couple that holds the tips on still cracked and there are no replacement parts available as far as I can see. So disappointed! I'm not sure if I will buy this again or try my luck with another brand. I'd feel very differently if they made replacement parts available as it sounds like this is a common problem and providing replacements for a couple commonly breaking parts would be an easy solution.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Decorator plus

Love this but the little tab around the screw snapped off so I now have to use 2 hands to squeeze out. Wish they would sell a replacement part for the plunger. I've had no problems other than the small plastic tab snapping off:broken_heart:

Decorating is almost Effortless

This is a great product. It makes decorating fun and not complicated. It is easier to get a smooth finish than trying to squeeze a bag. . . Wish I could find replacement couplers. They are too easy to crack.

Made me look like a professional

I am so thankful I found this decorating tool. I had a lot of trouble using the bags, but I was an absolute newby to decorating cakes besides just regular store bought icing. I tried this next and I was so excited how much easier it was for me. I made 4 cakes last week just so I could try different decorating designs. My neighbors loved them lol. I am so thankful and excited to keep learning more design techniques.
