Purchased on sale. Installed on tree took a while to initialize, working fine now, on rechargeable EBL batteries, needs a cell plan, don’t get the bronze plan, get the silver plan for 1k of pictures per month. Like the ability to change settings from the app while at home.

False advertisement

!! Warning !! False advertising on the packaging!! I bought this camera today, and unfortunately it did not come with the 100 free photos a month. I called the company, and regardless of what it says on front of the box, they told me they no longer offer that free plan. You have to pay for a basic plan. There was nothing they could do for me, so needless to say I don’t recommend this product what so ever. Very unhappy and it’s going back to the store!

Worked great for a month then quit working. While it was working it was awsome. Terrible customer service going on a week of trying to get ahold of them for warranty with both calls and email. I would not buy this camera.
