I love the look and easy install, but I will complain about the inside knob that locks and unlocks the door from the inside. In all locks that I have ever come by, to lock, you turn the handle to a horizontal position (matches the way you turn the latch), and to unlock, you turn the handle vertical, but this lock is exactly opposite. To lock you turn the handle vertical. Maybe it's just me, or maybe because my lock is on the left, but now I have to think about it every time i look at the door whether the door is locked or not. Also, the 2 light flashes when you lock the door from the outside to me look more Red than Amber, so I did spend some time thinking it was installed incorrectly, when in fact it was ok. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the lock

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This lock was straightforward to install. We are happy with it. I like that with the satin nickel color it is easy to see from above the staircase whether the door is locked or unlocked.

Bought 9GED92700-004 and spring deadbolt stays stuck mechanism inside watches all the videos redid all the steps many times and does not work very disappointing as I specifically chose wiser hoping it would be great

Hello Kath, We're happy to help get your lock in the best working order. To fix this, please open the door and place the latch in the locked position. Unscrew and remove the interior assembly of the lock. Reattach the interior assembly, ensuring that the tailpiece is in the vertical position as shown on page 13. Also, keep the turn-piece vertical when reattaching and complete the Factory Reset, Door Rehanding process, and add a new User Code on page 19: https://weiserlock.blob.core.windows.net/documents/we_ig_smartcode_touchpad_en.pdf Thank you, Weiser
