Well first, it did work, but on the back of the package it states there are Instructions Inside, well there are none and the instructions on the back are not adequate. You-tube to the rescue, it makes it look easy. I used copper pipe so did not need to use the plastic stiffeners, but the pipe went in about 1/2 inch, then it was a struggle for the next 1/2 inches. I think the pipe had to be totally square going in. Also, when it was in 1/2 inch, even using the Push n Connect tool, I could not get the pipe out. But once the struggle was over, it does work wonderfully, but with the difficulty installing it, I think old fashioned soldering may have been faster!

Nut did not work

The nut did not thread on the back of my fridge. It was the correct 1/4in size but it must have been faulty. I had to purchase another fitting to get a new nut costing me additional money. I would have returned the kit but already had the tee installed which worked perfectly.

No, I do not recommend this product.
