This pipe combines durability and flexibility which minimizes the need for additional fittings, reducing both material costs and potential leak points. This freeze-resistant PEX pipe is designed to deliver exceptional performance in even the most demanding plumbing projects.
For hot and cold potable water plumbing systems
Strong tubing with high chlorine resistance
Size: 1/2" x 100'
Pressure rating of 160 PSI at 22.8°C (73°F) and 100 PSI at 82°C (180°F)
Corrosion-resistant
Crafted from cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-B)
Easy to install and conforms to tight spaces

Q: What is the best pex A,B,or C to put underground at our camping site

A: Hi Tundry, It is not recommended to bury these potable water pipes in the ground due to the freezing temperatures in the winter that can cause water to freeze and result in pipes bursting. These pipe are meant for potable water behind the wall installations.

Q: what grade is this pex pipe A,B,or C

A: Our tubing is PEX B. The difference between PEX A, B and C is the manufacturing method used to cross-link polymer chains in the plastic. Pex B is cross-linked using a steam process, known as the “silane” method. PEX A uses peroxide and PEX C uses radiation.
