    Waste of money

Yes he ate it. No it didn't kill them. And, I was worried about secondary poisoning if one of the cats actually caught one while it was still alive. Not recommended.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Warfarin is a multi-feed bait where death occurs only after the ingestion of a lethal dose. It works on a body weight to bait weight ratio. Each rodent must ingest several meals of the bait, each meal equaling 1/4 to 1/3 of their own body weight, before the levels in their system reach a lethal dose. The average adult mouse weighs in around 18 – 25 g, while an adult Norway Rat can weigh in at anywhere from 250 – 800 g. Therefore, an adult Norway Rat will need to consume anywhere from 75 to 200 g of bait to obtain a lethal dose. Once a lethal dose has been ingested, it will still take 4-5 days for the anticoagulant disruption to begin, with full control in 12-14 days. Be sure to bait aggressively, and continue baiting for 15 days after the last sign of activity. If you are not putting out enough bait, or if the bait is being taken and stored, the results will be less than ideal. If the rodent droppings have changed to the same colour as the bait then it is a clear indication that the process has begun. PremierHomeGardenProducts
