Q: Can we use soap even if it is made to be used without? Worried it would make a lot of bubbles.

A: It is not recommended to do this because some soap will remain. You can if you stick to it make a rinse by washing a second time but with water only.

Q: So is it not recommended to use a floor cleaner with this, like Pine-Sol or Mr. Clean for example?
2 years agoA: It"s up to you to add cleaning solutions , but no soap. Basically to clean the floor, you only need water and it"s more than enough.

Q: Wring Rinse Clean Spin Mop & Bucket, cannot be without it for my floors. However, metal mop stick broke at the extension, cannot unscrew broken mop stick at RED SPIN gray base where where pole fits into it is stuck. Can you send me new pole with base.
