It’s inconceivable with the level of technology available nowadays to make people scroll forever through an endless list of products to select the right on to register?!! The list seems to be organized by some ridiculous logic known perhaps to a bunch of internal people and completely user unfriendly. This experience spoiled my otherwise great impression with the product. Registering the product is part of my customer experience with your brand. You should do better due diligence at all points of contact with your customers. Making good products is only one part of the brand promise to your customers. Minko Dimov
