Terrible microwave

This is the shortest time I've ever had a microwave work for in my life. Purchased this less than a year ago and it's already fried. You have to unplug it for a long time to reset it just for it to work once then quit again. Took it back to the store I purchased it at to exchange it for a new one and they refused as they couldn't find the receipt on my canadian tire Mastercard. Super frustrating that I got so little use out of something I spent a decent amount of money on. I usually purchase Vida paderno for their quality, this will be the last time. Also frustrated that the store couldn't find my purchase in their system. It was purchased there so it shouldn't be an issue finding it in their system but of course they were less than helpful.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It works good, but....

It has this seemingly pointless feature that requires the stop button to be pressed before the door will open. Even after it beeps to signal the time has expired. This isn't my first microwave oven. I've never seen such a pointless, counter-intuitive interface. But... it makes Lunch hot, and that's good.

Disappointed!

Stop working after 2 years with minimal use, triggered the breaker switch and then it died. The door never closed properly from the first day without slamming it. Poor quality for a fairly costly microwave. Vida usually has good quality products but this one was a disappointment. Not recommended.
