Needed New Tools

This was part of a same brand multi-tool purchase that included the spoon, slotted spoon, ladle, and large diameter skimmer. I chose these for their colour, thin handles, and the brand. All do their jobs very well. The long handles are comfortable and well balanced. I am not going to review the others, however this spatula needs a comment. Because of the very thin edge, it needs to be “honed” periodically to remove worn edging. To be noted, this occurs with most nylon and plastic spatulas.
