Poor Product Unfortunately

I wanted to love it but it simply didn't work for me. I first thought that it wasn't cutting correctly because I was left handed but when I took it back to the store and customer service tried it, she agreed that it was faulty. It just simply wouldn't cut anything correctly. So back to the shop it went!
