Got it a week ago one side toast, dark the other side toes light. The dark side is almost burnt on the top not impressed.

Burn baby burn

This is a very nice LOOKING toaster, but nothing but problematic for actually toasting. I put a totally frozen bagel into it this morning, put it on the bagel and defrost settings at the LOWEST toasting heat and it completely burned my bagel. What would the result be at the highest setting - a kitchen fire? I don't understand why toaster engineers seem to think that a "better" toaster is a hotter one, or one that burns things faster. A good toaster should be low and slow. Spent good money on this, now I have to supervise everything I toast.

Bought this to replace our old toaster. So far, very happy with it. It's taken some trial and error to find the preferred dial setting. It's so quiet, we almost don't hear it when it pops up.

Inconsistent toasting, burns easily.

Aesthetically pleasing. Doesn't take up too much space despite it being a 4 slot wide toaster. However, I am giving it 2 stars as it toasts inconsistently. One slice of bread will be burnt and the other will only be half toasted for example. Also, even on the absolute lowest setting my bread will occasionally be burnt despite them being a standard slice of bread. Will be returning unfortunately as I had high hopes for this toaster!
