Tire change

I booked an appointment four days ahead for two new tires and was told i couldnt just put two tires on i needed to do all four.( there is no law to confirm this statement). I agreed at the time believing the salesman. I was also told there were four tires at this store so i booked the appointment for following monday at 7 am. I get a text to be there 15 minutes early and i did. My vehicle doesn't go in to the garage until 7 45, 15 minutes after it should have been done. Only after inquiring at approximately 830 i am told they are missing one tire and have to go to preston crossing to get. Finally at 10 28 i am getting my vehivle and only want to pay for 3 tires . After a few minutes i left unsatisfied with managers solution and feel there was little to none regard for my lost time. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process. I would like feedback.appears very disorganized Thankyou garry w.
