I purchased these lights for my car because I was unhappy with the cabinlighting and for $14.99 I thought it was very reasonable. Each of the ten LED's come with about 2 meters of wire and then attach together for the last 1-2 meters of wire. It attaches through a 12V outlet and has an on/off switch on the plug. To install them I also installed another 12V outlet in my car because I didn't want to use the only one I had in the cabin. It was very easy to do, I simply wired in an "Add-A-Circuit" kit, available for about $10, to the fuse box inside the cabin (located on the far left of the instrument panel). Then I epoxied/taped all the wire to the border of my dash for aesthetic purposes. This set-up has the advantage of removing the danger of accidentally leaving them on and running down your battery. Alternately you can just use any available 12V plug, but then you have to hide the wires somehow and there's the possibility you accidentally leave them on and kill your battery (many car's 12V outlet will draw power when the car is off). For people intimidated by the instillation just look for 12V outlet instillation videos or accessory installation videos on how-to's for wiring. Long story short (TLDR) Great product, easy instalation, looks awesome.
