awfully wrapped damaged in transit .

we received the order of 4 shelves , all with broken corners, chipped, scratched, badly wrapped torn apart, we returned via Purolator and now it's over a month and we still waiting for reimburse plus points that we use towards the order. we called Canadian Tire several times and they keep saying it takes 30 days plus to sort it out. we are very disappointed with online service , no one seems to know what's causing delay , we documented and sent all photos of all 4 damaged shelves. Only buy in-person to inspect the product first.
