Automatic lid stopped working after 6 months

I bought this garbage in March and by August the automatic sensor lid stopped working. Since then I have been detailing with customer service to try to get them to honour their warranty and replace the lid, but they continue to drag out the process insisting that the “stickers” under the bottom of the lid aren’t the right ones to tell them which model I bought. (It is now November.) It’s great to have a warranty but it needs to be honoured
No, I do not recommend this product.

Poor Customer Service

Had bin for almost two years when the lid stopped functioning. Reached out to the company and they will not sell me a replacement lid. Poor build quality and customer service for the price. Would recommend avoiding this product.

Once the object or hand moves away, the lid will close automatically within 3 to 6 seconds, depending on the model and sensor sensitivity. If you find that the lid isn't opening or closing as expected, it could be due to issues like low battery power, sensor obstruction, or mechanical problems.
