It’s the lids, my dear Watson

The biggest issue is the lids. They break off easily at the hinge within a year of use. Don't waste your time trying to find replacement lids. You won't.

The bins were easy to install. They fit in the under sink cupboard with all the plumbing pipes, but they are very small.

Since buying our condo, we've been trying to find ways to save space since storage is minimal. Fits nicely under our sink's cabinet, and pulls out easily. Sadly, I didn't notice the screws in one of the bins until I installed it using my own hardware.

poor quality, lid breaks easily

bought this over a year ago. it was pricy to begin with. the lid for the smaller can brake off at the hinge, similar to other reviews. would not recommend for this price. contacted canadian tire customer service to see if i can get a replacement lid but they didn't help at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: You have to screw the sliding piece to secure it so that it stays in place when you pull the bin.

A: The width is not 8.86 inches. The box shows the actual dimensions and the width is 10 inches. My review shows a picture of the actual dimensions on the box.

A: Thank you for inquiring about our product. This model has been tested to hold a total of 20kg (44 pounds) for storage. We suggest a max weight of 18kg (40 pounds) for daily usage. This will allow the product to function smoothly.

Q: Does the base come out easily without having to unbolt the entire thing so that the cupboard can be cleaned? We have an older version from a different store and cleaning under and behind the bins has been a real hassle.

A: The base slides forward and the bins come out so you could then clean the cupboard around the steel rails that are bolted in. However, with any type of secured pull-out storage, you will always have the steel rails or hardware in the way. If you want something that comes completely out for cleaning, then pull out storage might not be the right fit.
