[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These string lights are so easy to use! They are bright and have multiple colors and modes. They are bluetooth as well so you can control them from an app on your phone. We chose to use them on a wall rather than on our tree and they looked great!

Q: Does this LED strip have a plastic covering?

A: The LED lamps are embedded in a clear, flexible, plastic coating. They have been running for over a year, with no problem.

Q: Can you cut the strands or are you stuck with the length purchased? For example, I need 14 feet, so I would purchase the 9 foot and then the 6 foot and cut the last 1 foot.
