Just get an OLFA or a scraping tool.

This tool looks tough and versatile, but in reality, its not. The mechanism that holds the blade became loose after a few uses. The blades that are utilitized by this device require they be the specific ToughBuilt blades, and any other blades won't work for it despite being universal the other way. It's quite inconvenient, but logically, it would need a notch in the blade in order to swivel so this is not a fair judgement.
