We're sorry to hear the TERRO® Ant Killer Dust did not provide the results you expected. For best performance, apply a thin, visible layer in dry areas where ants travel and around entry points. Heavy applications can cause ants to avoid the treatment, and moisture can reduce its effectiveness. When applied as directed, ants that contact the dust should pick it up and transfer it within the colony. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

Does NOT Work on ants

Wish I could rate this a zero. Didn't even make a dent in the ant hill. Complete waste of money. Will be taking back the unused portion, but will likely have a fight on my hands in returning it ... the usual at Canadian Tire.

Effectiveness can depend on the ant species, nest location, and whether the product reaches deep into the colony where the queen is located. For best results, the dust should be applied directly into nest entrances and areas of active traffic, allowing ants to carry it throughout the colony.

This item didn't do what I expected. After using the whole bottle I ended up using baking soda, icing sugar & cinnamon and that did wonders.

A: It works on Pharaoh ants but what they'll do is avoid it and go to some other area. In the end it won't get rid of all of them but kill a few and keep them from going into the sprayed area.
