Very disappointing. I found the discomfort wearing it was intolerable despite all attempts to adjust it. The forearm ends up suspended by the thumb inserted in a small loop with the result that the circulation to the thumb was compromised. A simple triangular bandage sling would be much better and cheaper.

Bad quality , it hurts my nick .
The fabric is so cheap and thin that put loads on the arm and the nick.
