Here's a few things you need to know to keep your tiles for a long time. Maintenance • Wash with a soft, slightly damp cloth. • Do not use detergents, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners. • For stubborn dirt, use a product suitable for oiled wood. Protect and nourish the wood • The tiles are pre-oiled for better moisture resistance. • It is recommended to oil them upon installation and at the start of each season. • Apply a new treatment as soon as the wood feels dry to the touch. • Use only solvent-free exterior wood oils. • Never use a wire brush or a pressure washer. 1 Year limited warranty • It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the product and its intended use are compliant. • The warranty is valid for 1 year following the purchased date and upon proof of purchase. • The warranty covers only the defective parts that require replacement. • Technoflex undertakes to provide new parts as quickly as possible. • The warranty does not cover : shipping costs, travel, labor, communication or fee related to a claim, and direct and indirect damages. • Size variations of +/- 2 to 3 % due to climatic conditions are considered normal and are not guaranteed. • IMPORTANT : Wood is a living material that expands and contracts over time. Looks good but it not as easy to install as claimed. some angles dont work, i was left with one tile that I cant use

Doesn't fit correctly with deck tiles.

The dimensions of these grass tiles are not the same as the wooden desk tiles also created by Technoflex. The pins/holes on the edge of these tiles are slightly off in one direction. also, The fake grass is on a sticky fabric/tape. on the edges of some tiles it was starting to tear and come off out of the packaging
We purchased 3 bundles of grass tiles and 3 bundles of wooden deck tiles for an area of 50sq feet. (5x10)
By the end of the area the tiles would no longer fit together correctly. Note, we had a 3x8ft area of grass in the center and a ring of wooden tiles around it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

good for condo deck
a year ago
used for my condo deck, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. little bit of a pain to connect to the wood tiled ones, but once they connected properly, hold together pretty good

Q: Can this product be put on the same foundation as pavers (compacted road crush)?

A: Hello, Thank you for your email. It is not recommended to install this product on compacted road crush as the clic system might be effected, therefore, the tiles would separate from each other.
