When it works it is a good product but it is a reliability nightmare. The spray motor is prone to failure. This is the third WestJet I have purchased that has failed. Each one, has lasted less than the one it is replacing. I can’t justify replacing and I’m trying to figure out how to use my remaining solution and pads.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This does exactly what it says it will. It helps eliminate dust on lots of different surfaces and is easy to put away when not using. I would highly recommend and always have one in my closet ready to use.

The Wet Jet is garbage

Purchased Wet Jet on 10/5/25. It has already stopped working in less than 90 days and no more than 3-4 uses.

I love my swiffer wet jet but it’s disappointed me

I have used swiffer wet jet for years I have worn out at least 3-4 but my current swiffer has a problem. The needle in the center where the solution goes came out causing a leak and I lost a whole bottle of solution. And now the bottle will suck together because it can’t get air where the needle came out. So after using I have to take the bottle out and stick the needle in so the bottle will fill with air uncollapsing itself. After years of loyal use I think I should be reimbursed or get a new swiffer wet jet.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: How many times can 1 pad be used for?

A: It depends on how dirty the area you are cleaning is. A small kitchen can be done a couple of times with 1 pad. As soon as you see streaking it's time to change the pad.

Q: Does this thing carry cleaning pads and is it electronic, cordless or any thing like that?

A: You can buy the cleaning pads in packages. It does not have a spot for additional cleaning pads to be stored on the unit. It has a small rough pad on the front of the unit for hard to get off spots. It has velcro on the bottom to stick the pads onto. It is battery operated using 4 double A cells to operate the pump which sends the cleaning liquid to two nozzles in the cleaning head. The button for the nozzle operation is right on top of the handle in a convenient location. I hope this helps.

A: For the WetJet model pictured in this listing, the battery door is located directly below the release button for the solution, above the bottle compartment. To open the battery door, push the area with arrow UP.

Q: insert batteries i buy a new wood edition wetjet swiffer and I do not know how to insert the batteries.

A: Hi, Lord Rex. The inserting of batteries should be a simple process for you depending if you have the single or double sprayer. I can recommend the following tips for each. If you have a single sprayer, locate the door directly below the release button under the bottle compartment; to open and remove the battery door, push down on the latch; if you can see a sticker or metal prongs in that area, it means the battery door has fallen off. The double sprayer: the door is located directly below the release button for the solution, above the bottle compartment; to open the battery door, push the area with arrow UP; the door is attached to the unit and should not come off. I hope these tips will be helpful to you.
