Q: The light will not shut off no matter how the sensor head is set.

  • A: Please try the reset procedure below, it will help us confirm which part of your unit is causing the issue. *STEPS* 1. Turn the main switch to OFF. 2. Ensure that the TIME setting is set to 60 seconds. 3. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment located on the back of the unit for a duration of 30sec and then reinstall them into the unit. 4. Turn the main switch to ON for 2 seconds and back to OFF. 5. Let the light charge for 1 day. 6. Turn the main switch to AUTO, observe the light indoors in a dark room this will eliminate any variables that may be causing your light to malfunction.
