I am making a sewing table with 3 of these shelves and they are well made and very sturdy.

When I began assembling the unit I quickly realized just how low quality it is. The chip board is unfinished on the back so must be placed against a wall. The bird is very thin and low density. The backer is cardboard that is supposed to be nailed into the backside of the chip board. The item was promptly returned.
