Garbage product with no customer support

Spent hours trying to get a to sync to my phone and when I finally got a picture to show up on the app the camera crashed and got stuck in a boot loop with no way to fix it

WiFi and App don’t work

The WiFi and app option don’t work great. We have had it almost a year and it never works with our phone for WiFi and pulling pictures off. We have honestly never been able to get it to work

Poor WiFi connection

Display on the camera flickers, and is very touchy when attempting to input security code. Setup for wifi connection is a lengthy process that often fails -- I had to repeat it almost a dozen times to get it to work. You practically have to be standing within a few feet of it to get a signal strong enough to convince your device (tablet, cellphone) to recognize the camera. The interface app is quite awkward, and it is very, very slow to connect. It does not update its status right away -- I knew from the camera that it had 9 images onboard, but the app still said "0 photos". When I tried the next day, only then did it show that the camera had taken photos. Overall: a decent image-producing camera, but the software supporting the wife feature sucks, which is what you're paying the big price for.

Q: Im not sure how this works, does it work on our wifi to send pictures to our phone? Or does it work on bluetooth to send pictures to the phone? If so do you need to subscribe to something to get the pictures to your phone?
