Best tape measure on the market

Been in constrction for 10+ yrs, this is the only tape I use. Sometimes the screw holding the clip fails, but its easy to screw in a small wood screw and the problem is solved! If stanley stops making this or changes it I will be so mad!

I will never buy a STUD tape again.

Although the tape functions well, the clip on the back is very weak for the weight of the tape. Screw won't stay on and the clip bend out because the tape is so heavy. I've boughten 2 in the past month and both have had the same result.

Doesn't stand out 11', needs own housing mold.

I have tried several of these, and they don't stand out 9', let alone 11'. This tape shares the housing mold with the same model with a magnetic end. This allows the end to fall back into the magnet recess, making it hard to grab without sticking a thumb into the magnet hole.
