Q: I bought the Spri balance disk yesterday. It came with an air pump so I was looking for the valve where the pump can be connected to. My surprise? There is no valve. So how is one supposed to increase or decrease the air in the balance disk?

A: Hello Alan! The air pump should connect to the inflation needle which will then be inserted into the balance disc. If you cannot find the location for the inflation needle, please contact us at help@spri.com with images of your balance disc so that we may assist. Thank you!
