A: The ball (Spaldeen) has a dimeter of about 7.5 inches and is a little smaller than a tennis ball. The ball was used to play stick ball in the 1950’s, an inner city version of baseball. It is also called a high bounce ball. This style of the Spaldeen looks like an NBA basketball, it is not a basketball.
