Awesome product!!

I have used this product in all of my vehicles since the early 60's and have always had in excess of 150,000 MILES (200,000 km) on all of my vehicles - without any engine issues. However, this product is getting harder & harder to find. Local Canadian Tire store no longer carries it.

Q: Dose this product work with burning engine oil After every new oil change oil level gets half when it reach around 2500 km

A: Slick 50 does seal minor engine leaks and thereby will reduce oil consumption. However specific results will vary depending on the cause of the oil consumption. I cannot say specifically that Slick 50 will resolve the specific problem in this case

A: Slick 50 Recharged High Mileage Engine Treatment is to be used with GASOLINE ONLY. For Diesel engines, If you are trying to prevent the gelling of the fuel, Permatex does not have a product for this. If you would like to clean the injectors, we recommend using: Gumout Diesel/Biodiesel Fuel Injector Cleaner • cleans direct & indirect fuel injectors • contains anti-gel additives • works with traditional diesel fuel as well as biodiesel fuel (up to B20) • improves cold flow • safe for use in turbo & supercharged vehicles • helps reduce emissions • restores performance Application: For diesel only Cars, Trucks, RV`s, ATV’s and farm equipment – Specific to Diesel Engines.
