    Very poor product, made cheaply and does not work

    It did not work. we tried everything. It was made poorly. Cheap plastic. For 2 seconds it worked then it went dead. I would not buy this product. We returned it for a full refund!

    • A: The video amplifier will also work with 5 VDC USB power. Most new TVs have a USB port (or two). It actually has a 12 to 5 VDC buck regulator inside its housing.

    Q: It is plugged into a flat screen TV HighSense also bought Canadian Tire several years ago.....but antenna is not working - am working with remote from TV. what have I done wrong-

    • A: Please make sure that the TV in on the Antenna input, and that the channels have been scanned via the set up mode on the TV.
