my sharp smart tv is more than 1 year now and so far everything works perfectly. the resolution and sound still blew me away compared to other smart tv's within its price range! i played my ps4pro and xbox1x in high resolution with no problem at all. BUT if you are expecting a high end specs on a smart tv then spend 1400 or more, the likes of Samsung and Sony' GOT IT!

Will never buy sharp again.

I purchased the unit on April 19, had trouble with volume changing, going up for no reason, then the shrieking sound started, shut down the tv, unplug from wall and start over, repair person came, put on new part, same thing. Company sends new unit, same thing, then they try to tell me that it is my problem, not the tv, well my old tv works on the same equipment perfectly, so long story short, they are finally letting me take it back to the store for refund, thanks to Canadian tire stepping in. Will never deal with sharp or hisense again, it has been a nightmare. I rated it one star but really should be no stars.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The TV worked great out if the box ... sounds very good too, though it takes time for the sound to adjust.. No complaint .. the price is great for the quality and was what you can expect..

A: The Manual can be downloaded through the following Drop box Link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/spg1pxer4axvrdj/AADUvERxchUNS1RqP8n-wTr7a?dl=0&preview=2018N7003U_N8003U_User+Manual_EN+(1).pdf Firmware updates are pushed out through OTA (Over The Air) and would be done automatically if your TV is connected to the internet.
