Not worth the hassle

The wifi wouldn't stay connected. Got it connected multiple times with full bars only to have it drop the network and disappear entirely. The main issue is I couldn't contact any customer service to help me. I was given 5 numbers to call and all of them shuffled me off to someone else, or the center was closed by 3 pm my time. The sound and picture quality was great but I bought it for it's "smart" capabilities and the smartest thing I did was return it.

The video and audio quality is awesome. Smart features are limited to preselected apps. You cannot download from the play store, but, you can browse the web. I found it very tedious using the remote to control the mouse and type. It takes too long to get anywhere, so, I use a laptop on an hdmi port to surf. It's crisp picture and crystal clear sound, makes it my favorite tv in the house to watch movies and tv shows.

A: You can pair some cable remotes with your Sharp TV by contacting your cable provider and getting the remote codes from them. In other cases, you can find a mobile app companion - like the RemoteNow app to use your smartphone as a second remote. Otherwise, you can contact customer service via 1-855-271-6271 and purchasing a replacement remote from our parts team.
