As you can see, my Shark has worked hard in our house 😆
I've almost wiped the logo off from cleaning her, but she's faithful and works amazing. I mainly use it to clean the kitchen at the end of the night before bed. Real fast sweep up. The noise is minimal, and I dont have to worry about where she goes bc the sensors are so amazing.The battery life is really good, it goes a good range before you have to recharge. I didn't want a robot vac until I got one, and now I dont think I can go back!

The Shark ION Robot has been a lifesaver for keeping my floors clean. I am very impressed with how quiet it is; the noise (ruido) level is minimal, so it doesn't disturb my daily activities. The sensors (sensores) work great at navigating around furniture and avoiding obstacles. I also love the different cleaning modes (modos) that allow for a more personalized clean. The battery duration (duración) is excellent, providing enough time to cover large areas, and it returns to its charging (carga) dock perfectly every time. Highly recommended for a hands-free clean!"

Vacuum to clean up automatically it works great. Even has an app and Alexa cleaning.

It cleans great! The battery life is long and I don’t have to worry about cleaning. It cleans by itself. I think it’s worth splurging on especially when you’re busy and cannot clean.

high hopes for this one but i bumped into everything and didn’t have a good enough sensor to stop if there were any plugs/wires in the way. it also didn’t hold a charge

A: We would like to let you know that the Robot has sensors that can detect when it is near the top of stairs or a ledge which will cause the unit to turn so it will not fall down stairs.

Q: I bought this vacuum and it has a "Max" button instead of a "Spot" button and the manual doesn't make any mention of it. What's going on why does my manual keep talking about the spot button and what does the max button do?

There are 2 units in this series that have just a slight difference which is one has a spot button and the other has a max button. It sounds like there may have been a mix up with the manual. A: We would like to inform you that you can use the remote to tell the robot to Clean, Dock, or Spot clean. You can also create a cleaning schedule on the remote. With this being said, the remote will not allow you to control the robot like a remote control vehicle.

Q: Does this sense liquids or mush on the floor? Specifically, if one of the cats throws up or has a hairball when we aren't home and the vacuum is scheduled to go, will it avoid those areas or run right through them?

A: We are sorry to inform you that the Shark ION™ Robot 720 Robotic Vacuum will not detect liquids or mush on the floor. If it is in the path of the robot, the robot will run over it. We understand that this can be difficult sometimes, however, we recommend prepping your floor by removing all obstacles, such as loose power cords, clothes, toys, low-hanging drapes, and liquids and other messes. You can use the the included BotBoundary Strips to block off areas that you don't want the robot to enter.

This robot is designed with Auto Sense™ Navigation so it can navigate around obstructions as it cleans your floors. By using an array of sensors, the Shark ION™ Robot will steer itself around your home, using walls and objects as its guide and gently bumping them. This method allows the robot to travel in and out of rooms and around obstacles. With regular daily cleanings, the robot's cleaning path will vary as needed to ensure the entire floor is cleaned. Q: Can I remote control with an apt on my phone?

A: No the 720 series is not Wi-Fi compatible to your phone or Alexa device. It does however, come with a scheduling remote specific to the robot.
