J'ai acheté cet aspirateur robot un vendredi. Malgré les instructions, il a difficilement jumelé avec le wi-fi, il a fait la cartographie et ensuite n'a jamais voulu recharger. L'app Shark est très mal faite, les instructions de dépannages sont difficiles à trouver et incomplètes, le service clientèle indisponible en weekend ! La totale. J'ai passé une demi journée dessus pour tenter de le faire charger correctement, sans succès. il est retourné en magasin. Shark, plus jamais !

Waste of money!!!!

I’ve been testing out this product for several months now (9months) and feel as though I can finally attest to a proper review. Originally when I purchased I paid full price and had read on this website it was good for homes with pets too. But the claims of what this robot can do and what it actually does are completely different. I have had to clean out this machine several times (daily) as the brush roll is always getting stuck or it just drops the animal hair behind it as it’s “vacuuming” it’s useless and a waste of money when I’m having to go around after it vacuuming with the D. Out of all of the shark/ninja products I own this is easily the most expensive and worthless one. I thought reading about this product that robot vacuums have finally improved but alas, no. It does a half the job that I then have to clean up afterwards. I have hardwood on my floors and no carpets so those aren’t the issue either. Multiple times now I’ve sent it out to “spot clean” only for it to leave half the mess behind and not actually pick anything up. Don’t buy this product, don’t waste your money. The only reason it is receiving 2 stars from me instead of 1 is because I enjoy the use ability of the app.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Don't waste your money!!!

I bought this big waste of money, thinking the floor would be cleaned most of the time it's on a cliff hung up by its self.

The water bucket appears to have broken on its own. I initially replaced it, assuming the first one might have been a defective product, but the same issue occurred with the replacement. Consequently, I returned it and purchased a different one.
