Drove through 2 winters!

My scooter of this make and model has been very reliable, user friendly and freedom. I mainly take it to work and back year round approx. 5 min.( except in very wet and snowy conditions ). Everyone thinks I’m a little nuts being 50ish and in the winter. I have geared myself up with warm and bright reflective clothing while I ride it on the road/paths and use extreme caution (most of the time)that I’ve not yet had issues. Only the ring around the base where you can fold down the handle stand has broken but so far no problems. I give it 3 thumbs up.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Fantastic scooter, great build, sharp looking, fast, excellent features and companion app, great clearance price plus CT money, I got it for half price, would have cost 1400 $ with taxes , love CT,s sale prices and points program, top of the line scooter by a well known company Segway, plus the biggest pro about this scooter is it can travel a distance of 40 miles off one charge!!! Yes! I said miles!😎 get it you won’t regret it

Q: Hoping to get a but more info about the warranty. I was told by the employees at Canadian Tire that the product is only guaranteed for 30 days. (They were very helpful but had a limited amount of information, not their fault) why such a short warranty?

A: I’m fairly sure that’s just Canadian tire warranty, I’ve had mine for two years without any issues, so I’m sure I’m well past any warranty offered. But I do think you can buy extra warranty through Ninebot if you wanted to throw money away. They’re very reliable units, so I wouldn’t.

Q: Ninebot Max has a maximum speed of 30km/h. However, Canadian Tire homepage specification says the maximum speed is 25km/h. I want to know what is true.

Q: My son has been using this scooter for two years. Very satisfied. Rear tire has been punctured. So where do I get the replacement original tire in Montreal area. Also is the front tire the same as the rear tire?
