Q: Use before fluid change? Is it best to use it sometime before transmission fluid change? My guess is - add this in, and drive for some (hundreds?) miles, then do fluid change. Please advise. Thanks!
7 years agoA: For PRE-FLUSHING old fluid, add up to 1 (one) can of Trans Tune depending on your vehicle’s transmission fluid level, then drive 5 to 100 miles before replacing your transmission fluid. When added: Trans Tune helps to control moisture, lubricates, and works quickly to dissolve sticky gum and varnish deposits that cause erratic shifting.

Q: can it be used for steering as well?
13 years agoA: It is good for Automatic Transmissions, Power Steering Systems and Industrial or Agricultural Hydraulic Systems. Please note, Trans Tune is NOT a stop-leak or super lubricant additive and is safe to use because it does not swell or harm seals in any way.
