ok so for starters this device does work with Bose systems but you have to solder an additional wire (not shown in instructions). previous reviews of this product are written by amateurs. this device works well but you gotta have some education on how to properly install it.

Does not work with any factory Bose system

Even though it says it works with factory amp and it does not. Wasted 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and it was that the box lied, only says not compatible with Denali’s. So any vehicle equipped with a bose this will not work with

Can't hear it at all

This is supposed to replace an older unit but when you start using it to realize that the speaker is very very weak and can't hear anything. I went back to using the old unit (from the same company mind you) and it's chimes were loud and very similar to factory. "They dont make them like they used to" .

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: For my 2004 chev Silverado 1500…..we bought a used truck and the owner slipped the wires just before the connector so now I’m looking for the harness that attaches to all the wiring for the speakers and battery. Is this the harness I need??

A: Yes it is, grab a pack of butt connectors for the smallest gauge wire..I used male & females was way cleaner, and splice/join the wires on this harness to where the previous owner snipped them and then plug the new connector into your factory/aftermarket radio

A: Yes it is, grab a pack of butt connectors for the smallest gauge wire..I used male & females was way cleaner, and splice/join the wires on this harness to where the previous owner snipped them and then plug the new connector into your factory/aftermarket radio
