Great animal repellant.

I have used this for years to keep deer and rabbits away from eating my flowers. It works very well if shaken on to the actual blooms and lower leaves, and it can last a week or longer until it rains heavily. Then just reapply.

Animal repellent granules can be most effective when applied before animals establish a feeding pattern and when the treatment area is maintained according to the label directions. Q: Would this keep rabbits out of my yard?

A: I used this product to try & keep raccoons out of my yard as they pooped everywhere. It didn't stop them so I used pure ammonia & poured that around my yard which worked beautifully...they never came back. I don't know if the Critter Ridder will work on rabbits or not but it didn't work for raccoons. Ammonia liquid from Home Hardware worked great.

Q: Does this smell? There is a cat that roams around and when we open our windows the smell of pee comes in. Was wondering if we open our windows once we use this product we would be smelling it.

A: I use it around vegetable garden, no issues. It's mix of various spices, but you should not consume it. It's somewhat effective though: raccoons avoid it only for a couple of days and then you need to refresh even in a dry weather. I guess some of our animal "friends" lost sense of smell, lol.
