It leaked around the top of the canister where the spout attaches. I was out in the bush and didn't know it had leaked and got it in one eye. Could have been a bad situation.

A: The Sabre Wild Bear Spray 225 g canister fires 18' (5.5m). The canister fires for approximately 8 seconds and has a heavy fog spray pattern. We would suggest replacing the canister after using since we have no idea how many bursts you will use upon deployment.

A: It is illegal to sell bear spray to anyone under the age of 18 or to anyone unwilling to sign the Notice to Purchaser Agreement. Transport Canada classifies bear spray canisters as Class 2 dangerous goods. Airline passengers are prohibited from carrying bear spray in checked and carry-on baggage
