    Lack of functionality

I bought this wagon a few weeks ago and i am highly disapointed in the functionality of the wagon. The sides arn’t removable the handle sticks almost straight up making it very hard to steer from inside the wagon. The storage of the handle doesn’t make up for the fun that was engineered out of the wagon.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I got mine over 20 years ago. It was to tote stuff during Boy Scout activities. Since then it has toted visiting kiddies. Now I live in senior housing & LRW gets the wash to the laundry room, groceries from the parking lot inside & tools & supplies to the garden. I started with a minivan & now it tucks into the backseat of my car on flea market searches. Some items never run of of uses and this is one.

Bought this wagon to transport our 3 year old daughter on long walks, while we were picking up groceries, just going for a walk, going shopping. Very sturdy construction, very good clearance when going on and off curbs. Pulls very easily up sloped curbs and through fields of grass. Perfect size as it can be towed through a grocery store or a department store and doesn't pose much of an obstruction, yet has great capacity. Love it!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Are the safety side rails easily removed without a tool?

    • A: The wagon needs to be assembled from time of purchase, you could build it without putting on the side rails. But you need tools to put the rest of the wagon together.

Q: Does this wagon come with the option to turn it into a sled?

    • A: no option to turn it into a sled. If you were handy with metals you could probably affix something to the axles the wheels rotate on though.

    • A: I did. I bought a can of good rust paint and resprayed it myself. Just use some cardboard or other fabric to cover the parts you do not want sprayed.

Q: What is the height of the wagon from the ground to the top of the rails? Would a 3.5 year old be able to climb in on their own?

    1 Answer
    • A: The height from the ground to the top of the rail is 19". Depending on the height of the child, I would think that 3.5 year old should be able to climb into the wagon on their own.
