Inexcusably Poor Quality

When you buy a product, you expect to be able to use it hassle-free and for its intended purpose. Two glaring issues with this water tank: 1. The water spigot that came included was unbelievably tight. I slid the components into place and nearly broke my fingers attempting to even twist it. It wouldn't budge. Had to resort to using my blow-dryer to heat the plastic enough to loosen it and separate the parts, and then purchased mineral oil to rub into the plastic to lubricate it enough so it would actually turn. So essentially, I had to take extra time out of my day to go to the hardware store and spend EXTRA MONEY to make this product usable. A person should be able to twist a water spigot with their bare hands, and not have to rely on another tool like pliers. 2. It leaks. On the front right side. The entire purpose of this product is to hold water, and it cannot hold water. So now I either have to drain all the water in the tank and SPEND EXTRA TINE AND MONEY to get something to patch up the leak, or I accept that I spent $130 on a headache. Based on the reviews I've seen, I'm not the only one suffering the poor quality of Reliance's products. Canadian Tire, I strongly suggest you stop selling Reliance products until they can sort out their production issues and start selling RELIABLE products. Otherwise, any time the subject of camping or emergency preparedness comes up, I will advise people to stay away from Reliance products.

This is a great way to bring water to my travel trailer I just wish the spout you could add a hose to drain water into my RVWater tank it also lets you have extra water at the camp
