I bought this and it has done nothing but fall apart. When I needed the scraper today it broke off. The scraper was held onto the handle with three small plastic pins and completely sheared off. This product was bought in September and I would never purchase another scraper brush from or branded Relex.

Reflex Snow Brush with De-Icer, 60-in

I bought last year's version of this brush last year for my CX-9. The clear plastic scraper head broke off, and the pivoting brush assembly would not hold it's position. The plastic holder of the pivoting brush eventually broke in half, causing the entire head assembly to detach. Now, its in my garbage bin. Another expensive product manufactured in China.

Poor quality!

I bought this in January, the de-icer bottle is useless so I just removed it, however the scraper broke off today on the first use this winter then the handle snapped off at the brush end. I would have give it one star but I found the extension function works great and it did not get frozen like other extended brush out there. I think I am going to stick with an old fashioned wooden handle brushed which served me for over 5 years.

Scraper broke on first try - scratched windshield!

Awful design! On first try after a mix of snow and freezing rain, the clear scraper part broke off and scratched my windshield. Now I have to get that repaired before it cracks all the way through! Poor design and should be recalled. In my opinion, it's a dollar store product sold at Canadian Tire.
