I usually buy this package once a year, just bought some today and they were noticeably flimsier, both the packaging and matches themselves. The match now almost breaks when it's struck. definitely a decline in quality, just like everything else I guess.

Beware Advertised Product Substituted With Inferior Product

Product is advertised as "Redbird Strike on Box Wooden Matches, 250 ct, 2-pk" unfortunately some generic cheap alternative matches were supplied instead of the advertised product. Borderline fraud. The supplied matches do not match the advertised product in quality and performance. The supplied matches would barely ignite when striked against the box. Buyer beware, do not buy this product from Canadian Tire as they will substitute an inferior product.
