Removed rust from truck frame and applied paint. Paint was smooth looking and very hard when dried.

Excellent product, easy to apply, goes on very well, second coat with using a brush looks like it was applied with a spray guy. The consistency of the product worked well into tight areas. I used the product on the frame of my truck, it did a great job and it was exactly what I expected. Just follow the instructions and was very easy to apply.

Great rust sealant for areas not exposed to sunlight

I've used POR-15 several times to treat rusty car parts with great success. The trick is not to cut corners and follow the three-step process completely. These kits are perfect for doing this on small-medium jobs. The only time it didn't work for me was on an exterior panel exposed to sunlight - the POR-15 paint flaked off despite the fact I followed instructions and covered it with POR-15 Top Coat for UV resistance.

I used this on my 2013 ford f150 that had rust on the driver side running board. It worked well.
