Return the first one I bought after a month with no receipt got a second same problem nothing works when you push buttons.

Dissapointed and frustrated!

I researched the type of equipment I wanted and bought this kitchen radio because it was an 'RCA'. I thought RCA was a dependable, quality product. Boy was I wrong! It has a mind of it's own. It shuts off and will not work for days, then all of a sudden the power comes on and it works again. I can't return it because I've had it more than thirty days, and returning it under warranty is not worth the cost of shipping. Waste of my hard earned money.

Buttons stop working

Got this as a Christmas gift a few years ago. After about a year the buttons stopped working, so we replaced it. After 3-4 months, again, the buttons stopped working. The volume turns itself down on its owns, can't turn it on/off and have to unplug it.

Received this for Christmas from my husband because I always have the radio on in the kitchen and was tired of having a little boombox take up space. No problems at all. It is not a sound system I would rely on if having a house party for music but for listening to music while spending my day at home with the kids, no problems. I take kids in for a living and it is on from 7:30am till I go to bed at night and no button has ever stuck, volume doesn't change on its own and it fits neatly out of the way! When my 10 year old cranks it because his favorite song is on it still sounds fine.

Yes, I recommend this product.
