This product is working great. Sound is good, picture is good. It's actually better than the last one we had. Wasn't expecting alot for the price but am more than satisfied.

It was nice while it lasted...

it worked well for almost a year- we lost the remote within a week of having it and can push the buttons from memory on the top now...the volume on ours didn't go very loud for the kids either. Over the last few weeks we noticed it would just stop playing in the middle of a dvd and make this weird noise. Finally we took out the dvds and looked at them and they're all scratched...so now not only do we have a dvd player that's kaput but we also are down 4 of our kids favourite dvds :-( Will be going with ANY other namebrand next time.

Wish they had a battery

I don`t get it when companies make products where if you loose the remote, you loose features. DVD players have menus, and often menus are navigated with arrow key. So the fact that there is no way to navigate on the player itself is ridiculous. So don`t loose those remotes, and I hope those button batteries will last a LONG time.
Easy to install and use, I find the quality better than the Sylvania model. But I would have like to have units equipped with batteires such that they don`t stop the second you turn the car off. At least they have an internal memory and restart exactly where the movie left off.

Bought the dual screen for long trip to B.C. thats as far as it made it. stopped reading discs "no disc" would appear on the screen apparently a VERY common problem with this system DO NOT BUY If they dropped the price down to about 30$ which is it what it is worth I would give it another chance otherwise never again
